About Natalie Wallace
My Background
Through my personal experience of my own child struggling at school and the frustrations I had in knowing how to help him, I started my journey into the area of specific learning difficulties and preferences. My background in education and psychology enables me to help other families to support their children's specific learning needs.
My Experience
I am an accredited SPELD assessor. I use the most current tools and techniques to diagnose learning difficulties including lack of focus, dyslexia, orthographic and phonological processing disorders.
I am also a experienced Naturopath and can offer holistic and nutritional support.
About Me
When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my two sons, husband and dog being active in the outdoors. I love dabbling in yoga, cooking and getting lost in a good book.

I use the internationally recognised Woodcock Johnson IV Diagnostic tests which are used to assess learning difficulties. The test is made up is a series of tests with cognitive, academic and oral components to evaluate the skills involved in effective learning such as:

A SPELD NZ diagnostic assessment is the first essential step in finding out why someone is having learning problems. All qualified SPELD Assessors are meticulously trained to provide a detailed overview of learning and intellectual skills, strengths and weaknesses.

- The assessment report enables teachers and tutors to provide a highly individualised learning plan for your child.
- For students at high school level, this assessment can also provide the information required by NZQA for
